Frequently Asked Questions

How much light do common kitchen herbs need?

Most culinary herbs prefer 6–8 hours of bright light. South- or west-facing windows are ideal. For dim homes, our “Indoor Light Mapping” course explains simple LED options.

Can I grow herbs on a shaded balcony?

Yes, with smart selection and partial-shade tactics. Parsley, mint, and chives tolerate less light. Our “Balcony Starter” course includes shade-friendly schedules.

Do you teach hydroponics?

We offer beginner and intermediate hydro courses focused on basil and mixed herbs, covering EC, pH, and sanitation for compact systems.

What tools do I need to start?

A few good containers, a quality potting mix, and a way to measure light exposure. Optional: small pruning shears and a watering can with a fine rose.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Gardening outcomes vary by environment and care. We teach safe, practical methods but do not guarantee specific yields.

Do courses include ongoing support?

Every course includes a Q&A forum with educator feedback within two business days for enrolled learners.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds may be granted within 14 days if you’ve made limited progress and the course doesn’t meet your needs. Contact us via the contact page.

Do you ship seeds or physical kits?

We currently provide digital education only. We list recommended supplies but do not sell physical products.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes, completion certificates are available for select courses and include learning outcomes. They are not formal academic credits.
